Terms of Service — OnlyRemoteJobs

Acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of OnlyRemoteJobs. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Account and security

Clerk provides authentication and account management. You must give accurate account information, protect access to your authentication methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Subscription and billing

OnlyRemoteJobs offers paid access to its job platform. The current price, currency, billing interval, included features, renewal terms, and taxes are shown before purchase in the billing interface. By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize the billing providers to charge the selected payment method at the disclosed interval until cancellation.

Stripe provides the hosted checkout interface and processes payment information. Raw payment-card numbers are entered in Stripe-hosted UI and are not received by our website or API.

Refunds and cancellation

You can request cancellation through the account billing interface when available or by emailing reativatecnologia@gmail.com. The billing interface and purchase disclosures show when cancellation takes effect and whether access continues through the current paid period.

Charges already paid are non-refundable unless the purchase disclosures say otherwise or applicable law requires a refund, withdrawal period, or other remedy. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over this section.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or violate another person's rights through the service;
• share paid account access outside the permitted account holder;
• circumvent authentication, paywalls, rate limits, or security controls;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute listings at a scale that harms the service or its sources;
• introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, or disrupt availability;
• misrepresent affiliation with OnlyRemoteJobs, an employer, or a listing source.

Third-party job listings

We aggregate job listings from third-party sources to help users discover remote opportunities. OnlyRemoteJobs is not the employer, recruiter, or hiring agent for those roles unless a listing expressly says otherwise. A listing can change, expire, contain an error, or be removed by its source without notice.

You must verify the employer, role, compensation, location rules, and application instructions before relying on a listing or providing information to a third party. We do not guarantee an interview, offer, employment outcome, or the conduct of any employer or source.

Intellectual property

The OnlyRemoteJobs brand, interface, original copy, software, and service arrangement are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Third-party job listings, trademarks, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that every listing is complete or current, or that use of the service will produce a particular employment result. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the service, a third-party listing, or interaction with an employer or provider. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any mandatory consumer protection.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel future renewals as described above. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Brazil, without excluding mandatory rights or forums available to consumers under the law where they live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will revise the “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise.
